In the highly collaborative art form of theatre, I am meticulous in selecting the artists I work with. Each member of the team should bring a unique and exciting perspective to their discipline, while also possessing the tact and self-awareness to integrate their vision seamlessly into the whole. I thrive on creating shows where the synergy between designers produces elements impossible to achieve in isolation. Theatre, at its pinnacle, becomes a creative masterpiece greater than the sum of its collaborators' individual talents.

Just as food tastes better when made with love, theatre is enriched when created with joy. It's about celebrating the human experience and expressing gratitude for the artistic community that surrounds us.

As an artist, I recognize the inherent responsibility in every piece I undertake. Each production I work on is an opportunity to make a statement, and I take this role in society seriously. My commitment is to uphold values of inclusion, acceptance, solidarity, compassion, curiosity, generosity, hope, and joy. Theatre, at its core, is a catalyst for collective action toward social change, and it deserves to be treated with the utmost respect.
